Indoor soccer can be a dedicated use or part of a mixed-use project. It can be housed in both new build or adaptive reuse facilities, in different types of building structures and with various levels of finish. We design customized 180’ x 80’ turf fields with dasher boards, netting and scoreboards for small sided youth & adult league play, as seen on the right.

Shown left is a 48,000 square-foot facility that features: one large indoor turf field enclosed by boards, glass, and nets, two 5v5 turf fields, a 5v5 futsal court, a full basketball court, and a full-service restaurant & bar. With multi-purpose fields, a full-service concession area, and a room that can seat up to 50 people, the facility can cater to all kinds of events, such as sports-themed parties and corporate gatherings.
With approximately 4,200 square feet of functional areas and 185 parking spaces. • The development program includes: ⁻ 2 – 180’ x 80’ turf fields with dasher boards, netting and scoreboards for small sided youth & adult league play. Also included is HVAC and lighting systems to provide a controlled environment for year-round sports activities ⁻ Comfortable guest circulation, viewing and pre-match assembly areas ⁻ Convenient concession areas for youth and adults ⁻ Separate but easily accessed areas for youth birthday parties, and other small functions ⁻ Presents a high-quality level of fit and finish within a prefabricated structural steel building skeleton.
