Andrew Clarke is the owner and founder of Andy Clarke Sports Management. Clarke is a well-establish soccer professional who had over 25 years of experience in professional soccer. He has worked for some of the biggest clubs in London, England, colleges, USDA, and MLS Next.
For more than 20 years, Clarke has owned, operated, and advised a wide range of sports venues. He oversaw the operation of an 8.5-acre complex and was involved in the development, construction, and operation of many others. Clarke has helped clients save hundreds of thousands of dollars during the design and construction process of numerous sports complexes with his leadership and experience.
Additionally, the English native helped prepare and acquire several investment capital campaigns, including an 18.3 million-dollar project for a 46,000 square foot indoor soccer facility.
Besides Andy Clarke Sports Management (ACSM), Clarke owns a sports agency – Phoenix Management Group – an all-inclusive player management agency.
Clarke has coached for several professional football academies in England. Currently, he holds a USSF A & B License, United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, USSF National Youth License, and a UEFA B License.
Matt Street is a real estate broker and development partner with over 35 years of property and asset management experience. Experienced in facility management for a local sports organization, Street has built properties throughout Atlanta, Ga.
Street consulted in an $18.3 million project with the Atlanta Silverbacks. The project included developing a 4,0 including developing a 4,000-seat soccer stadium, the acquisition, refinancing of a 46,000 SF indoor soccer facility in Suwanee, Georgia, and a complete refinancing of their 26-acre multi-field soccer complex in Dekalb County, Georgia.
The Georgia native is currently consulting in a large 86-acre mixed-use track & field sports project for the Community First Sports Foundation and the City of Douglasville Economic Development Authority in Douglasville, Georgia, as well as a massive mixed-use Olympic Sports Training Center for the Atlanta DITC as a part of an extensive redevelopment & infrastructure improvement project being considered by Roswell, Georgia
Originally from Illinois, Katrina Salokar has taken Southwest Florida by storm with her unique talent in helping local businesses reach new heights.
After moving to Florida, Katrina trained at and worked for the Ritz Carlton Naples and was, at one point, the assistant to the Librarian during the company’s original run for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Her creativity and innovative mindset soon outgrew her position, leading her to establish her own marketing business in the spring of 1999.
Katrina developed Paradise Creative Group to provide local businesses with digital marketing and advertising services such as print design, web development, email and domain management, direct mailing, business planning, and social media management.
Now hosting a team of 13 that serves a client base of over 300, Katrina runs Paradise as a multi-faceted powerhouse that now includes newsprint (East Lee County News), networking (SWFL Business Network), swag production (Paradise Promotions), and sports management (Paradise Sports Management).
George brings 30 years of mentoring and training some of the top
goalkeepers on the East Coast and currently works with dozens of up-
and-coming keepers ranging from U-10 to collegiate and semi-
professional levels.
His Corporate experience includes 30 years as a Sales Trainer, Operations Manager and Independent Business Owner in the Financial Services Marketplaces.
George’s playing experience includes representing the United States
All-Navy and All-Armed Forces Teams while serving our country. 1981-85,
as well as 2 record-setting seasons with NCAA Division 1 college,
Jacksonville University.
His professional experience includes playing in the American Indoor
Soccer Association with the Jacksonville Generals and Hershey Impact.
Phil Rose joins Andy Clarke Sports Management as its regional director. Rose has over 35 years of soccer experience as a player, coach, scout, trainer, and fitness specialist.
With over 20 years of experience as a head trainer, director of coaching, and academy director he oversaw the development and operations for FC Dallas Emerald Coast, Navarre FC, and Starkville Soccer Association.
In his previous stint, Rose was the technical assistant for Bahamas FA and is currently a regional scout for the USL Super Y league. Over the past 35 years, he’s completed seven national licenses and one international including USSF B, NSCAA Premier Diploma, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma, NSCAA National Goalkeeper Diploma 2012, and an NSCAA HS Coach Diploma.
A published author, Rose created the curriculum design and development for Bahamas FA and developed Soccer Conditioning Curriculum for Performance Conditioning.
